Global Leadership Exchange (GLE) (was IIDL)
The Global Leadership Exchange involves international learning collaboratives for mental health, addiction and disability leaders. GLE helps leaders connect, share knowledge, and apply innovations to improve services. GLE involves government-funded initiatives.

Health and Safety
This project involves the provision of a Governance-Level webinar followed by four workshops. The second phase of the project includes the development of guidelines for the sector on working with the Health and Safety at Work Act, and a series of operational-level workshops for staff with hands-on involvement.

Disability Workforce Development Collaboration Project (COMPLETE 2023)
- This project consists of four initiatives:
- Level 2 to Level 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing
- Level 5 Diploma in Positive Behavioural Support
- EGL Leadership Programme
- “Introduction to EGL” Video Series
- Each of the above topics will take you to the final report for that initiative.
