Funding available for collaboration in 2018
If developing or considering a collaboration or merger, the Working Together More Fund (WTMF) might be able to assist. Visit workingtogether.org.nz for criteria, general information and case studies.
The WTMF has supported collaborative initiatives and mergers since 2009. This year the Fund has refined its focus. Its purpose is to support collaborations and mergers that bring long-term benefits to non-profit organisations and the communities they serve.
The criteria, while still not too prescriptive, reflect the Purpose. These can be further refined mid-2018 as we receive your feedback. To assist applicants, the WTMF Committee has agreed on its understanding of Best Practice Collaboration which underpin the criteria. Details of the refreshed criteria, best practice guidelines, FAQs and an updated application form are available in the website. Please check these carefully to ensure your initiative is a good fit with the Fund.
We rarely exceed grants of $30,000.00 to support mergers and $20,000.00 for collaborations. If your proposal exceeds these figures you can contact the Project Manager and discuss before applying.
The close off date for submitting applications for the next round is at 5pm on Friday, 6 July 2018
