New CEO sought for LIFE Unlimited

LIFE Unlimited is a Hamilton-based charitable trust with a team of health and disability professionals dedicated to providing a wide range of services throughout New Zealand.

The services enhance people’s lives by assessing and creating opportunities that support independence.

The team of 150 staff are renowned for their achievements and successful reputation within the health and disability sector and throughout the wider community.

The organisation is looking for a reputable and influential CEO who has empathy with and commitment to the health and disability sector, and can demonstrate a sound level of experience with the following:

• Strategic leadership, people skills and communication
• Relationship-building and networking
• Contract negotiation and service delivery
• Business acumen

Responsible for achieving the values 'Integrity, Excellence and Accountability in all we do', the CEO will play an active role in promoting the value and effectiveness of LIFE services and raising awareness and understanding within communities.

A relevant qualification and significant experience in leading a similar-sized organisation will be an advantage.

This role would suit someone with the energy, networks and skills to promote growth and identify opportunities to build on an already successful foundation.
