Sleepover Settlement - Summary FAQs, form letter and flowchart for employers
The New Zealand Disability Support Network (NZDSN) is actively informing all residential disability service providers about the recent Sleepover Wages (settlement) Act 2011 through a 'help-line' process.
Most of you will have already been contacted by Brendon, who has been contracted for this work, and who is calling all potentially affected providers and explaining what this means for them.
If you have questions, you can reach him on 04 4999 876 or email projects@nzdsn.org.nz.
NZDSN thanks the Ministry of Health for helping to fund this initiative.
